Balthazar is a journal of film criticism that explores the limitless potential of film art. We want to expand Danish film criticism by opening up the large reservoir of both historical and contemporary film art, which we rarely see described. In addition, through Balthazar, we want to create a space for new forms of criticism. It is about going on a discovery and rediscovery in the art of film.
